The formation of a “Panthic Front” was announced, with Amritpal Singh, the Member of Parliament from Khadoor Sahib currently detained in Dibrugarh Jail under the National Security Act, designated as the party president.
At the Maghi Conference, a 15-point resolution, termed the Shri Muktsar Sahib Declaration, was passed to outline the party’s objectives.
To ensure smooth functioning until the regular president is elected through the party’s formal electoral process, a five-member executive committee was constituted. This committee includes Amritpal Singh’s father, Tarsem Singh, Faridkot Independent MP Sarabjeet Singh Khalsa (son of Beant Singh), Amarjit Singh, Harbhajan Singh Toor, and Surjit Singh.
Additionally, a seven-member recruitment committee was established to drive membership growth. The committee plans to carry out a membership campaign over three months, after which delegates will be elected by the members.t justo.
